With over 20 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in operations management, she has cultivated her skills in organization and client relations. After nearly five years in the mental health field, she is now channeling her expertise into the beauty industry as a salon suite owner. Passionate about creating a welcoming and professional space, she is dedicated to supporting beauty professionals and enhancing the client experience.
